Purpose of the consultancy:
- To conduct situational analysis of youth in Mongolia on youth participation thematic domain.
- To support the International Consultant, the team leader, in assessing the youth situation in Mongolia.

Qualifications and requirements
- Master’s degree in political science, social work, sociology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civic engagement, community mobilization, or advocacy related to youth.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and large public forums.
- At least 5 years of experience in conducting qualitative research and studies.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
