The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Mongolia is seeking a local institution/legal entity to develop and pilot test a comprehensive BCC model in 2 (1 province and 1 district of Ulaanbaatar) out of the 6 project sites, as well as to develop the documentation needed (e.g., guidelines, training manuals, etc.) to build the capacity of stakeholders to implement the same model in other communities.

The offerors are strongly advised to examine the attached bid document (UNFPA/MNG/RFQ/21/003) in preparing their technical and financial proposals.
