The Mongolia Country Office of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, hereby solicits a quotation for the following items:

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative. Please refer to the ANNEX II to find detailed technical specifications and requirements.
Interested bidders are recommended to visit UNFPA Mongolia website located at http://mongolia.unfpa.org for full document of the Request For Quotation including detailed Technical Specification and Price Quotation Form. Please submit your Quotation consisting of below documents electronically to dedicated email address procurement@unfpa.org.mn before above-mentioned deadline.
- Technical proposal, in response to the requirements outlined in the ANNEX II of the RFQ document, including introduction of company as well as list of similar contracts performed
- The bidder shall be required to quote for all items
- The bidder shall have at least 2 years of proven experience in providing similar service or goods to the Government organizations and International Agencies
- The bidder shall have all required certificates and licenses to import and supply the requested goods in Mongolia
- Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with Price Quotation Form attached to the RFQ.
Quotations will be evaluated based on the compliance with the technical specifications and the total cost of the goods (price quote). Technical proposals will be evaluated for technical compliance prior to the comparison of price quotes.
UNFPA shall award a Purchase Order to the lowest priced bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially compliant with the bidding documents.
