Purpose of the consultancy:
To provide Kazakh language translation and interpretation service for UNFPA Mongolia Country office. UNFPA Mongolia Country office will select Kazakh language translators and interpreters as its roster.
Translators are required to provide its translation and interpretation service in UNFPA’s specific area as follow:
- Gender; Gender-Based Violence; Domestic violence
- Health; HIV/AIDS/STI; COVID-19; Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; Maternal health
- Population development; youth development and education; family planning; adolescent health; early childhood development
- Legal documents related to the areas above
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of University degree in translation or linguistics or related field.
- At least two years of proven record of working experience providing high quality translation/interpretation services for the required language
- Experience of working with international or bilateral organizations is an advantage.
- Proven technical translation/interpretation skills in the UNFPA fields is an asset.

- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient knowledge of Mongolian languages and good command of English and;
